1. Ondefy Labs​

Role: Development

Description: Ondefy Labs is the core development team responsible for building, maintaining, and operating the Zyfai protocol.

Responsibilities:

  • Protocol development and technical implementation
  • Smart contract development and deployment
  • SDK, MCP Server, and integration tools
  • Security audits coordination
  • Technical innovation and feature development

2. Zyfai Inc (Panama)​

Role: Protocol Curation & Agent Operations

Description: Zyfai Inc manages protocol curation and partner relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Adding and removing protocols based on security, performance, and risk standards
  • Managing revenue-sharing arrangements with B2B integration partners
  • Overseeing operations, including rewards distribution and grants administration
  • Hosting and operating Zyfai Agent infrastructure
  • Handling Agent execution and Sign Request generation
  • Managing performance fee collection and distribution

3. Zyfai DAO​

Role: Governance

Description: The DAO maintains ultimate governance authority over the protocol through stZFI token voting.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic decisions and protocol direction
  • Approval of major changes and proposals
  • Treasury management oversight
  • Community governance through formal proposal process
