Zyfai collects fees exclusively on the yield generated by your deposit: a 10% performance fee is applied only to earnings. The fee is charged weekly or at the time of withdrawal and applies only to the yield earned through Zyfai. There are no deposit or withdrawal fees, meaning fees apply only to the additional value (yield) created by Zyfai.
You deposit $10,000. Over the course of the year, your Zyfai Agent generates $1,500 in gross yield, equivalent to a 15% APY before fees.A 10% performance fee is collected weekly from the yield earned during that period. If $1,500 is earned over the year, the total performance fee would be $150, leaving $1,350 in net yield.If you withdraw before the next weekly fee collection, the outstanding performance fee is collected at the time of withdrawal. Fees already collected are not charged again. Your remaining yield continues to auto-compound after each fee collection.
All collected fees are routed to the DAO multisig. 50% of collected fees go to protocol development under the DAO mandate, while the remaining 50% is distributed to ZFI stakers as native yield, paid in USDC.
