Fees
Zyfai collects fees exclusively on the yield generated by your deposit: a 10% performance fee is applied only to earnings.
It is charged at the time of withdrawal and apply only to the yield earned by Zyfai.
There are no deposit or withdrawal fees, meaning fees apply only to the additional value (yield) created by Zyfai.
You deposit $10,000. Over the course of the year, your Zyfai Agent generates $1,500 in yield, or 15% APY.
If you withdraw, a 10% performance fee is applied to the $1,500 earnings, resulting in a $150 fee.
If you remain deposited, no fee is charged, and yield continues auto-compounding on the full $11,500 balance.
All collected fees are routed to the DAO multisig. 50% of collected fees go to protocol development under the DAO mandate, while the remaining 50% is distributed to ZFI stakers as native yield, paid in USDC.
