By accessing or using Zyfai UI or Zyfai Agent, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy. We may update this policy from time to time, with the latest version always available on our platform.

1. Data Controllers​

The following entities are responsible for processing your data within the Zyfai ecosystem:

  • Ondefy S.A. (Lausanne, Switzerland) is the data controller for data collected through the Zyfai UI, including usage data, communication data, and marketing analytics.
  • Zyfai Inc (Panama) is the data controller for data processed in connection with the operation of the Zyfai Agent infrastructure, including wallet addresses, session key configurations, transaction data, and agent execution logs.

2. Data We Collect and Why​

2.1 Usage Data (Ondefy S.A.)​

IP address, device information, operating system, browser type, and connection timestamps. Collected to maintain security, improve performance, and prevent abuse.

2.2 Agent Operations Data (Zyfai Inc)​

Wallet addresses, Smart Account addresses, session key configurations, agent execution parameters, and transaction metadata. Processed by Zyfai Inc to operate the Zyfai Agent infrastructure and execute Sign Requests within your defined permissions.

2.3 Communication Data (Ondefy S.A.)​

Contact details, communication content, and metadata. Used to respond to inquiries and provide customer support.

2.4 Marketing & Analytics (Ondefy S.A.)​

User interaction data for platform improvements, analytics, and personalized content. Marketing activities based on your consent, which you can withdraw anytime.

2.5 Compliance & Security​

Data processed for fraud prevention, security monitoring, and legal compliance. This data may be processed by either Ondefy S.A. or Zyfai Inc depending on the context.

3. Cookies and Tracking​

Zyfai UI may use cookies and tracking technologies to enhance user experience and monitor traffic. You can disable cookies via browser settings, though this may limit platform functionality.

4. Third-Party Services​

We may integrate third-party tools, including blockchain explorers and analytics services. These providers process your data independently according to their policies. We are not responsible for their practices.

5. Blockchain Transactions & On-Chain Data​

By interacting with blockchain networks, you acknowledge that certain data (e.g., wallet addresses, transaction details) is publicly recorded and cannot be altered or deleted. Neither Ondefy nor Zyfai Inc controls or stores this data.

6. Data Sharing​

We may share data with:

  • Between Zyfai Entities: Ondefy S.A. and Zyfai Inc may share data with each other as necessary to provide the Zyfai platform services. Ondefy S.A. shares relevant user data with Zyfai Inc for the purpose of operating the Zyfai Agent on your behalf.
  • Service Providers: Third parties assisting with infrastructure, analytics, and security.
  • Regulatory Authorities: If required by law or to protect our legal interests.
  • Business Partners: In case of mergers, acquisitions, or similar transactions.

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill our obligations or comply with legal requirements. After that, data is securely deleted.
